At Clothing The Gaps, we want you to wear your values with pride and a perfect fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest post office.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
